Newhaven Open: Daisy Wingate-Saul, Following the Ouse: Newhaven
Daisy is a London/Sussex based photographer and occasional writer working across travel, ethical fashion, food, and portrait photography – collaborating with brands, hotels, publications and creatives.
Her ongoing project Following the Ouse: Newhaven grew from this process. Beginning with walks along the River Ouse, Daisy uses photography to build a familiarity with Newhaven through encounters with its people, landscapes and everyday environments. Combining portraits, landscapes and quiet observations, the project considers the relationship between people, industry and nature, allowing each walk and encounter to shape what comes next.
