Thursday 6 February 2025, 6 - 9pm

Fabrica, 40 Duke Street, Brighton, BN1 1AG

all welcome, tickets £5, book via Fabrica HERE.

Photo Fringe is delighted to be partnering again with Fabrica, Spectrum Photographic and Jane & Jeremy for a relaxed evening of photography discussion, music and photobooks.

At this annual event we aim to create a welcoming space where photographers and creatives at any stage in their career can connect with industry professionals and peers and discover new work.

We'll hear from Sean Cham, the latest In Between Galleryopen-call winner. Sean's image Studio (Palm), from his series, Eastern Promise, shows in Fabrica's main window until spring 2025.

Sean is an artist and researcher based between London and Singapore. His interdisciplinary practice works at the intersections of photography, performance, and installation. His work is concerned with histories and built environments; particularly considering ideas around authorship, contestation, archival gaps, colonial legacies, and migration.

At this event you can expect:

  • A creative sharing of Sean Cham's work and practice - followed by a Q&A
  • Space to network & connect with other photographers and creatives
  • Photobook browsing & buying
  • A fully stocked bar
  • Plus music - more details to follow soon!
